Hospitality
Check credentials to ensure individuals have proper access to credentialed areas and provide general assistance at all hospitality locations.
Admissions/Main Entrance
Greet all spectators as they approach the main entrance, sell tickets to those who walk up, check and scan all tickets and credentials, distribute tickets from will call, provide general tournament information, pairings guides and programs, and manage lost & found.
Standard Bearers
Keep and display score for groups and spectators. Requires the ability to walk all 18 holes, and lift and carry 20 pounds.
Fan Engagement
Greet all spectators; answer questions and provide directions; manage and assist in fan activation areas; record reports of lost items from spectators; Volunteers to be located at shuttle areas, admissions, main entrance, fan activation areas.
Golf Carts
Manage golf cart distribution to authorized personnel.
Marshals
Provide crowd control and enforce etiquette among spectators.
Merchandise Tent
Assist with the sale of merchandise using a cash register, bagging, greeting, stocking items.
On-Course Services
Responsible for the delivery and replenishment of water, ice and other product on the course; distribute pairings guides/programs to designated areas.
Scoring Control
Assist in the management of the LPGA Tour’s scoring system in scoring trailer (Wednesday – Sunday).
Shuttles
Assist with transporting LPGA Tour players and other designated personnel to and from the driving range and other key locations as provided by tournament officials using shuttle carts.
Special Events
Assist with various clinics and community events including the International Crown Gala (Tuesday night) and Pro-Am (Wednesday).
Transportation
Coordinate and execute transportation between airport, hotels, and course (should have knowledge of local roads).
Television
Assist Golf Channel staff in production of telecast (Thursday – Sunday only, must be able to walk 18 holes and have general knowledge of golf etiquette and scoring).
Volunteer Services
Assist in management of volunteer headquarters, uniform distribution, and training.
Walking Scorers
Record the scores and statistics of play on handheld devices during all competition rounds. Ensure that the standard bearer displays each player’s correct scoring information. Essential to have knowledge of golf, golf etiquette, and be in good physical condition with the ability to walk 18 holes at a pace to keep up with the players.
